Privacy notice
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and, optionally, a phone number.
- Wedding information that you and your family enter: functions, guests (including contact details and dietary or accessibility notes), tasks, vendors, documents and, where authorised, financial records.
- Records of access decisions and financial-access changes (who, what, when), without monetary amounts.
Who can see it
Only people the workspace Admin has approved can see a wedding. Financial information is visible only to the family hosting a function and to people that family has explicitly authorised for that function. Guests who use a private invitation link see only their own invitation.
What we don't do
- We don't sell personal data or show advertising.
- We don't put authentication tokens, passwords or financial amounts in logs.
Your choices
You can edit your profile and delete your account or an entire workspace from Settings → Privacy & data. Deleting a workspace removes its records and uploaded files. Financial-access history is kept for the workspace while it exists and is anonymised if the person who made a change deletes their account.
Service providers
Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication and file storage) and served through the hosting provider chosen by the site operator. Email and messaging integrations are not enabled unless the operator configures them.
